The taxis are clean and the driver was safe and courteous. I needed to be picked up at 1am and it wasn't a problem at all. The driver was waiting at the arrival hall. They have card facilities as well which helps if you don't have local currency. I highly recommend Jom and his drivers. I will use the next time I'm in Brunei
