INBOUND-FLIGHT SCHEDULING POLICY
All transportation connected with inbound or arriving flights must be reviewed, scheduled, and confirmed exclusively by Fleet Management. Inbound airport pickups cannot be self-scheduled because arrival conditions, service requests, and operational circumstances may affect the required service and final price.
Applicable fees may arise from client-requested services or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Around the Clock Rides LLC or the assigned transportation provider. Examples may include:
- Meet-and-greet service
- Airport parking charges
- Extended waiting time caused by flight, baggage, customs, terminal, or passenger delays
- Child or booster-seat requests
- Additional stops or destination changes
- Oversized or excess luggage
- Short-notice scheduling
- Terminal, airline, or flight changes
- Requested vehicle upgrades
- Tolls, airport-access charges, or other applicable trip-related expenses
- Special assistance or other requested accommodations
Fees are assessed according to the services requested and the actual circumstances of the trip. All reservation requests remain subject to confirmation and driver-partner availability. A transportation request is not confirmed until it has been reviewed and accepted through Fleet Management.
